A memorable challenge that creates change in a team and change to the environment. Your team's challenge is to measure the amount of carbon they deposit into the atmosphere per annum. We ask the question ‘What would a genuinely carbon neutral team or organisation look like?

By adding the amount of air travel, heat, light and power the teams activities consume a calculation can be made to translate this into the quantity of trees to be planted in order to offset the carbon deposited into the atmosphere. Going carbon neutral in a single day's hard graft this challenge enables the team to attempt to offset its entire annual output in just one day.

Under the guidance of woodland professionals, teams can choose to right their wrongs and benefit from a memorable experience gaining a greater appreciate of how to lead a 'carbon neutral' team.
