What is Carbon Leadership
As already mentioned some companies or teams have the goal of being carbon neutral. Others move further still and aim for 'carbon leadership'. Carbon leadership asks the question, how your organisation can develop decarbonising products and services that will engage customers, suppliers, industry groups and society in the great climate challenge.
Each organisation or team work through how their own sphere of influence can become a proactive agent in a wide-ranging shift towards a low carbon future. One large corporate has called this 'carbon positive'.
Once looking through some of the questions above and others we work towards developing the framework for a climate change strategy. Using a number of green challenges we look during the day at developing the climate change framework and a team climate mission statement.
